Hi, I’m Ruthie Osburn

Ruthie loves helping other people and her sweet and sincere personality shines through as soon as you meet her!  She joined Edge Realty as the Closing Coordinator in April of 2016 along with the founder, JC Goffe.  Katie Goffe-Dawson is her daughter, married to Rich Dawson and Ruthie has 3 wonderful grandchildren, Jade, Elijah, and Hudson.  She enjoys visiting them as often as she can.  Ruthie is very passionate about her family, friends, and helping others in a positive and professional manner.  Ruthie has lived in the Sherwood/Jacksonville/Ward area for 30 or more years and spent 15 years with her previous company in the customer service side of health insurance.  She is always willing to help and loves helping the agents with their closings.
