Meet Gregg Kidd – Father, Realtor and Owner of Edge Realty. For almost 20 years he has been doing real estate investments of some form. From the first home buyers to the big-time investors, Gregg can handle any of your needs.

He graduated in 1982 from Jacksonville High School, and then from the University of Central Arkansas in 1989. In 1995, Gregg opened his own telecommunications business in Central Arkansas (Page Plus Cellular) which he ran for 17 years before selling the company at the end of 2011. Since 1999, Gregg has called Cabot home.

His passion for real estate started in early 2000 when he built his first investment property and from there his passion continued to grow. Along with being a Realtor and ½ of “The Kidd Team” with his son Corbin, they are also both licensed contractors which provides and extra plethora of knowledge in the real estate industry. He also has a daughter, Kayla (24), who is an R.N. at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and he is PawPaw to his 3 year old granddaughter, Addy Mae.

Gregg followed in his father’s footsteps who was in the Arkansas Air National Guard for 39 years. He is a veteran and was in the Arkansas Air National Guard 1984-1992. He has been a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church since 1999. Gregg credits his passion for customer service to his success. “Communication is the key and my goal is to find out what my customers needs are and fulfill them!”
