26,000 happy Arkansans call Cabot their home — attracted to the pristine small town feel and one of the Natural State’s finest school systems.

A search bar with the text “search right to have a house in nz?” entered, and a black “Search” button on the right, set against a blue background.

cabot has the edge in

education & safe living

Four people wearing matching purple shirts with a paw print logo pose indoors, smiling. Three sit while one stands behind. One person holds a sign that reads “Builders Club.” Framed photos are on the wall behind them.

Cabot public school district

It’s no wonder why Cabot Mayor Bill Cypert put the city’s school district high on his list of “Ten Best Reasons to Live in Cabot. This school system outperforms most of the state in academics and athletics and demonstrates the community’s active volunteer culture, as parents participate in maintaining the high standards of education.  The Cabot High School Band is even the current representive of Arkansas in the National Independence Day Parade in Washington D.C.

THE CPD

37 sworn officers maintain the peace in Cabot, and the numbers speak volumes for the quality of their service. FBI statistics show that Cabot is Arkansas’ second most safe large city. The feeling of safety has helped drive investment in the community, and today Cabot ranks third in highest median household income across Arkansas.

your new neighbor is 39 years old with one child, who goes to Cabot Jr. High.

She makes $58,000 a year.

You see her all the time on your commute to Little Rock, which takes 36 minutes.

the ORIGINAL ARK. COFFEE BAR &

A local celebrity

Johnny T’s Fish and Wings

We took on the massive burger from Johnny T’s Fish and Wings while they were setup at The Quarry Food Truck Lot in Cabot, AR.

A rustic coffee shop with a glass display case showing cookies, pastries, and macarons. Behind the counter are coffee machines and a barista preparing drinks. A sign above reads Order Here.

brew yaya

Owners Barry & Cheri Adams created a unique flavor & vibe with Brew YaYa, a specialty coffee spot ideal for Cabot’s young professional crowd. Our REALTOR S® based out of Cabot report that the Fit Frappe (a protein-infused coffee beverage) keeps them going day and night, but don’t overlook the food while you’re here — Brew YaYa has a full menu.

The Mean Pig BBQ

Arkansas cooking doesn’t usually get the national spotlight, but we aren’t surprised that when Man vs. Food came to Little Rock they stopped by The Mean Pig BBQ to try Cabot’s famous spicy sandwhich. We do, however, recommend something a little more tame.
